I think this is absolutely stunning! Admittedly I think there's too much SSS, though it does look cool. As much as everyone wants the SSS look, we must admit to ourselves that too much "passes up" that realistic look and looks a bit like (what's that material called) lighted up from within. Skin doesn't react this much, especially in low lighting such as this.
Over all, artistically I think you did a very beautiful job and surely grabbed my attention! Instant fav, friend! I just did a first portrait (with DS default render engine) myself and this encourages me to try this type of lighting. I don't use Poser. You have an advantage in getting beautiful preset lights and awesome surfaces easily, it takes work for us DS users to get it right, lots of work, since good DS lights and surface settings are very scarce (lots available to appeal DS people to buy, but are mostly neglected 'cause of focusing mainly on Poser).
Over all, artistically I think you did a very beautiful job and surely grabbed my attention! Instant fav, friend!
